30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@cervanalife.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
