Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

These are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs and Duties

For UK customers, no import charges apply. Canadian customers may be subject to local customs duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@cervanalife.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown.
